Spawning the example skeletal mesh dummies can be taxing on mobile platforms (There's a lot of complexity on them you can do without in your own project to increase performance)

Because of this frame rate hit, respawning the dummies is off by default, but you can toggle this feature on in the 'Weeb Manager'
